
I now run bread baking courses at my bakery in Wheatley.
I usually run the courses on the second Saturday of the month. But please email me for confirmed dates & availability.
During the day we make Sourdough (wild yeast) bread, long ferment bread, Ciabatta bread & I will demonstrate my effortless 24Hr no knead bread.
Lunch is provided & you take home all of the bread that you made during the day as well as a really useful free gift.
