Oxford Local Bread

I recently teamed up with John Letts, a local wheat grower who approached me to ask if I would be willing to use his flour to produce a truly local loaf & create a local bread buying group. The crop is grown locally in Oxfordshire, from a veriety of ancient grains that John had acquired.
