Irish soda bread

Our talented Head Cake Designer, Libbie, is swapping her apron for the driver's seat this month as she takes on exciting charity challenge! She'll be driving her mini from the Oxford Mini Plant to the Swindon Mini Plant to raise money for chances for children, a charity supporting disadvantaged young people.
