When you walk through our door in Wheatley or Thame, you're not just stepping into a bakery, you're stepping into a family tradition that's more than 50 years in the making!

Started by our Grandad Derek, now led by Joe, Brandon and Dee.

While some methods and tastes have changed over the years, our belief in proper baking has stayed the same: use good ingredients, take your time and let the bread speak for itself.


The slower process doesn't just improve the taste but many people find artisan bread easier to digest and more satisfying, making it a better every day choice.
